·         We accept e-mail art files in EPS Vector format. Please provide PMS colors.

Shipping Information

·         Normal shipping and handling charges apply to every order.

·         Goods are not palletized unless requested. 

·         All defects and damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. 

General Information

·         All items with logos seen on the web site are to show art and imprint capabilities only. They do not imply an endorsement by the logo owner, nor are these items available for sale to anyone other than the logo owner and his specified assigns.

·         Cancelled orders will be charged for all costs incurred as of cancellation date, including screens, tapes, pre-production samples, etc. Shipping and restocking fees will apply.

·         Prices are subject to change without notice.

·         We are allowed to invoice 5% over or under on all orders. Please let us know if you need a minimum number of pieces on an order.
